Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was generally comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were clean and warm, although the pillows were too stuffed for my liking. However, the temperature control was a bit challenging with only extreme settings. There was also a slight smell, possibly from the AC unit. The service was hit-and-miss, with some staff doing wonders while others were not friendly or helpful. The location was convenient being right off the highway, but it attracted some unwanted elements due to nearby closed businesses. The dining experience left much to be desired with limited options and some frustrating issues like frozen butter. Overall, there were ups and downs during my visit.
The hotel is in a convenient location close to shops and restaurants, offering a quiet stay despite some outdated rooms that need improvement. The service is friendly and accommodating, although the surrounding area can be sketchy at times. The dining experience could be better in terms of variety, but the facilities are above average overall.
The hotel rooms were spacious, clean, quiet, and extra comfy, especially for a pet-friendly hotel. However, cleanliness could have been improved. The service was very helpful and friendly, but there were issues with parking clarification. The location was convenient with access to freeways but slightly isolated. The dining experience varied from decent to not bad, with some odor issues noted. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for enhancement.
My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms were filthy, with torn-up furniture, non-functional TVs, and no internet. The odor in the allocated room was unpleasant, and after trying three different rooms, each one was worse than the last. I had to opt for another hotel due to these conditions.
